Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of
a leading data migration and information governance solutions firm. They
are looking for a Marketing Manager as a part of their expansion plans
and support the sales success by creating brand awareness, brand
recognition and help in the generation of sales leads through effective
communication and marketing activities.

Responsibilities

• Work with management, sales, pre-sales, channels and alliances,
  and professional services teams to understand their needs for sales
  support and develop appropriate marketing strategies and solutions
  for effective market impact
  
• Help to develop and implement the marketing plan for Asia
  
• Drive the planning, preparation and execution of marketing events such as road shows, seminars and exhibitions
  
• Drive effective market communication through multiple channels such as advertisement, EDMs, online media, local website, etc.
  
• Support and facilitate external communication with press and media
  
• Collaborate with channel partners to develop and execute joint marketing programs
  
• Review branding, positioning of the company to ensure impact and awareness
  
• Own and drive the creation of reference materials such as
  success stories, customer quotes, reference videos, etc. together
  with the sales team
  
• Assist in the lead generation process by preparing EDMs,
  establishing communication templates and guidelines, etc. for effective
  execution of marketing campaigns
  
• Work closely with the global marketing team in the HQ in the US
  to drive global activities in Asia and feedback market requirements from
  Asia to HQ
  

Job Requirements

• Basic degree or post graduate or equivalent educational background, preferably in marketing
  
• 5+ years of business experience with at least 3 years in the marketing field
  
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective marketing strategies and actions
  
• Display resourcefulness and creativity when developing marketing strategies and solutions
  
• Ability to leverage online media such a blogs, forums, etc effectively
  
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and resources
  
• Superior English and communication skills in speech and writing
  
• Experience in multiple marketing areas such as communication and event management preferred
  
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural team-oriented
  environment and keen to be part of a fast growing operation in Asia
  
• Willingness to travel (10% - 30%)
