Monroe Consulting Group is a leading IT solution
firm. To support their banking and financial services clients, They are
looking to hire a Project Manager to handle Capital Markets portfolio.
This position will report the General Manager.

Job Description:

• To provide technical consultancy and support to our corporate clients on capital markets
  
• Project Management Delivery tasks such as approach and plan
  definition, plan tracking, issue and risk identification and resolution,
  resource planning, and governance execution.
  
• Work closely with business analysts and application developers on timely delivery of projects.
  
• Single point of contact for IT deliverables
  

Job Requirements

• Have at least 3 years of project management experience in financial industry
  
• Experienced in managing project development from beginning to end
  
• Previous consultancy experience with project exposure in capital market is an advantage
  
• Proficient capital market product knowledge (FX, FX derivatives and IR derivatives)
  
• Knowledge of the best practices and tools for project execution and management
  
• Knowledge and experience in market risk
  
• Must be familiar with Excel Macro and ACCESS VBA
  
• Good analytical skill and possesses good troubleshooting skills.
  
• A self-initiated and pro-active team player who can work with minimal supervision.
  
• Good communication skills in English (Knowledge of Japanese is a definite plus)
  
• Strong presentation and communication skills
  
• Previous experience with Japanese company is an advantage
