Company & Job Description:
Our client in the Pharmaceutical and Chemical Industry is currently
looking for a Finance Controller. A modern Filipino who is an
international oriented person who does not only supervise but also work
with his/her members. Enthusiastic, ambitious and willing to grow in the
company and to be promoted. Experience in this industry is a plus
factor. Our client is a German-Philippine trading company that
specializes in sourcing raw materials for Philippines and Vietnam
markets, reliable, world-class manufacturers with factories on all
continents.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 10
years’ experience in all phases of Accounting, Budget, Auditing, Cost
Accounting and Financial analysis, with strong leadership skills.
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant or equivalent.
- The job demands a complete responsibility for the management and control of all the financial activities of RLI, RLHI and RGSI
- The work involves the management of profit planning, performance reporting and tax control corporate activities.
- Supervision of staff assigned to the Finance Department
- Knows how to formulate policies and guidelines.
- Strong management background is a must.
- Must possess good analytical skills and outstanding ability in handling people.
- Computer literate in Windows environment and other commonly used Accounting soft-wares.
