Company & Job Description:
A multinational company globally known for confectioneries and pet-care
products is in need of a People and Organization / Human Resources
Manager who would be as follows;
Generally, the roles include recruitment, induction, associate
engagement, relation, welfare, retention, development, communication,
etc.
Scope will cover Philippines, and may also cover SEA countries for
certain projects/HR functions depending on the organization need. Some
travelling would be expected, but minimal.
Job Qualifications:
- Must be an HR Generalist.
- More than 5 years of experience of the same capacity.
- Bachelor degree in HR or other allied field.
- Needs to have strong learning agility and flexibility to adjust
- Reports to People and Organization Director of South East Asia
- Dynamic and strong communication skills
