و غالبا من يلجأن لتلك الطرق ليست من تكون أم لأول مرة بل من عندها عدد معين من نفس الجنس و ترغب بجنس آخر فلم الاعتراض على المحاولة بعد التوكل كليا على الله و الأخذ بالأسباب طالما أن هذه الأسباب يقترحها علينا أطباء النسائية و هم خيرة الناس في هذا المجال و ليس مجرد كلام سمعته من جارة لي أو جدتي؟؟؟؟
أعتب بشدة على الأخوات اللواتي يقلن خزعبلات و خرافات وووووووووو و ما هي إلا نتاج تجارب كثيرة جدا و أبحاث طوييييييلة وووو غيره كثير.
طبعا أنا لا أتحدث عن الجدول الصيني بالتأكيد. فهو ليس موضوع بحثنا اليوم.
لكن أتكلم عن تلك الطرق التي اتفق عليها الأطباء و التي أفادت الكثيرات من الأمهات اللواتي يتلهفن على جنس معين كل ذلك طبعا بعد التوكل على الله أكررها ثانية و ثالثة ووووووووو...........
ثم أين هو التطبيق العملي لقول رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم:" اعقلها و توكل"
هل نترك الأخذ بالأسباب و نقول نحن متوكلون لا بل نحن متواكلون تركنا الأسباب و ننتظر الفرج من السماء يأتي لوحده.
الأخت التي أرادت طرق صحيحة و علمية تساعدها على إنجاب ذكر و كل ذلك بعد التوكل على الله و بعد الدعاء اللجوج و بعد رضاها بقضاء الله و قدره فما الضير من ذلك؟؟ و هي لآخر لحظة موقنة بأن كل شيء بإرادة الله فلو أرادت شيء معين و لآخر لحظة عملت بالأسباب ثم أراد الله لها شيء آخر و كانت راضية بقضاء الله و قدره فهل أخطأت بأخذها بالأسباب و هل لم تتوكل على الله حق توكله؟؟ طبعا لا و هذا أكبر دليل على أن إرادة الله فوق كل شيء و لن يغيرها شيء حتى لو أخذنا بكل الأسباب فكل شيء عنده بمقدار.
تجربتي:
أنا والحمد لله عندي بنت واحدة و رغبت بشدة بحملي الثاني أن يكون ولد لرغبة زوجي و أهل زوجي و أهلي أيضا فكنت دائمة الدعاء لله بالولد الصالح و متكلة على الله و مع ذلك لم أترك الأسباب بحثت مطولا في النت و قرأت كتبا و كل ما وقع تحت يدي له صلة بهذا الموضوع و في النهاية خلصت لما أردت و طبقته فعلا و كتب الله لي بالحمل بولد فعلا لكن مشيئة الله أن هذا الولد لم يبصر النور فقد مات فجأة في بطني في الشهر السادس منذ 4 أشهر "عوضني الله بخير منه" و أنا الآن بإذن الله أحضر نفسي لحمل جديد و سأتبع نفس الخطى السابقة بإذن الله عسى الله يقر عيني بولد سليم و معافى و يقر به عين زوجي
و هذه الخطوات تتمثل في:
تعيينك ليوم التبويض لكذا دورة متتابعة و تسجيله بمفكرتك تستطيع الزوجة الخبيرة تعيين هذا اليوم عن طريق عدة أمور:
ألم متفاوت الشدة على إحدى جانبي البطن قد يتناوب من شهر لشهر على كل جانب مع شعور بالنفخة المزعجة و ثقل بالمشي و قد يكون عبارة عن نخز بسيط مع نفخة.
الإفرازات تكون غزيرة و شفافة و هذا يدل على انفجار جريب البويضة و استعدادها للتلقيح.
ارتفاع في درجة الحرارة و لو بالشيء اليسير .
بعد ظهور هذه العوارض لا شك بأنه يوم التبويض و هو اليوم المنتظر للجماع.
يجب الجماع في هذا اليوم واليوم التالي لزيادة فرص إنجاب ولد
و هناك احتياطات واجب مراعاتها لذلك:
أن يكون الجماع بالوضع الطبيعي المعتاد "الزوج فوق الزوجة" و المرأة على ظهرها.
وأن تصل الزوجة للذروة قبل زوجها أي لا يقذف الزوج إلا بعد التأكد من بلوغ الزوجة الذروة لما له من تأثير في تهيئة الجو المناسب للحيوانات المنوية لبلوغ البويضة و التخفيف من حموضة المهبل.
أن تستلقي الزوجة على ظهرها أو جنبها الأيمن مدة لا تقل عن نصف ساعة بعد انتهاء الجماع.
و هناك ملحوظة مهمة:
يجب المحافظة على مخزون جيد من الحيوانات المنوية و ليس معنى ذلك عدم الجماع لفترة طويلة بغرض إكثار العدد لأن ذلك يؤدي لإضعاف الحيوانات لكن جماع معتدل كل ثلاثة أو أربعة أيام يعطي مخزون جيد و نشط من الحيوانات المنوية هذا طبعا في الفترة المقترحة للحمل عدا تلك الأيام لا يهم.
لقد اتبعت تلك الخطوات و كانت النتيجة كما أردت مع كثرة الدعاء و الاستغفار و قبل كل شيء التوكل على الله.
و هناك معلومة صغيرة لقد قرأت عن النظام الغذائي المقترح لإنجاب ذكر بصراحة لم أتبعه حرفيا لكن اكتفيت بالابتعاد عن مصادر الكالسيوم و زيادة الملح "الصوديوم" في غذائي في الشهر الذي أردت به الحمل. و أصل هذا النظام أن هناك بعض المعادن تزيد من فرص جذب البويضة لحيوان منوي من نوع معين عن النوع الآخر.
بالنسبة للدش المهبلي لم أفكر به خوفا من حدوث التهابات أو ما شابه.
نصيحة أخيرة لكل زوجة تفكر بالحمل أول خطوة هو عمل فحص للتأكد من خلوها من الالتهابات.
أخيرا أدعو لكل أخت أن يحقق الله لها مرادها و يرزقها ما تقر به عينها.
