سبب إختيار الموضوع
في ظل عالم من الأرقام والرموز وإشارات الاستفهام والتعجب التي تلازم كل قادم مجهول وفي ظل عالم تحتكره وسائل الإعلام فتشوّه ماتشوّه حينا وتلوّن ماتشاء أن تلّون حيناً آخر في ظل عالم لم ترجح فيه الكفّة على حال , غزت فيه عقول الشباب نظريات مشوّهة المبدأ لاتعتمد على دين بل وتتظاهر عليه وترمي به عرض الحائط , كل شيء يُحاك في الخفاء . وقد تأسرني رؤية طفل بكامل براءته التي فطره الله عليها.. ولكن هيهات أصبحت رؤية هؤلاء نادرة أو قليلة .. فقد اغتلنا تلك البراءة وشوهنا معالمها بأمور كثيرة .. قد يكون أقلها الهيئة واللباس والتقليعات، ..
وصف لأهم جوانب الموضوع :-
أطفالنا جُلهم إن لم نقل كلهم يكذبون .. كيف تعلموا الكذب؟؟؟ وكيف عرفوا تزييف الحقائق؟؟؟ وقد وُلِدُوا على الفطرة !! بكل بساطة يا سادة إنهم يستمعون للتناقض والتزييف من والديهم أو أحدهما فيثمر التعليم والغرس ينتج .. من الأطفال من يتلفظ كثيراً بألفاظ نابية أو قذرة .. ولا يجدون من يمنعهم أو يوجههم بل يقابلون بالابتسامة والإعجاب على الفصاحة وطلاقة اللسان ولو بسيئ الألفاظ ..وقد تعدّدت قنوات التلفزة وبات همّ الكثير منها جني الأرباح بأي الطرق المتاحة أو حتى غير المتاحة فاتجهّت إلى أكبر شريحة من جيل الشباب تغيّر من معتقداتهم و تستقطب شريحة كبيرة من العقول الساذجة وتستميلها بشتى الطرق , في فترة باتت القيم والمبادئ على شفا حفرة , وغدا كل مسلم يتمسك بما بقي له من طوق نجاة بشقّ الأنفس .
قبل أن يجرفنا تيار العولمة إلى دوّامة لا صحوة لنا من بعدها , أحببت نخاطب عقول الشباب وأفئدتهم ونناقش هموم يعايشونها أو عايشوها , في وقت لم نعد فيه على بيّنة من شيء مع غياب قدوة الشاب المسلم في المنزل والمدرسة والجامعة والعمل ..........
بُنيت نظرية الفضيلة قديما على أساس مقولة معروفة وهي : أنّ الإنسان يتعلّم أن يكون فاضلاً بأن يقلّد تصرفات الأشخاص الفاضلين. وباستمرار التقليد يصبح الإنسان فاضلاً بسبب الاعتياد الذي نشأ لديه.وأنّ واجب كل مواطن أن يكون قدوة حسنة.
وينطبق هذا بشكل خاص على الشخصيات العامة والمعروفة , لأنه غالبا ما تكون العيون عليهم.
وبالتالي فعلى تلك الشخصيات أن تكون قدوة في عملها وحياتها، بل هم أمام مسؤولية جديّة عليهم تحمّلها.
هؤلاء الشخصيات هم الفارس الموجود في كل منا، والذي نسعى أن نكونه.
والتمثل بالقدوة يبدأ منذ الطفولة متمثلا بالأب والأم , وفي مرحلة المراهقة يكون التحرّر من رقابة الأهل بحثا عن شخصيّة أوسع تبعا لميول الشخص فيبحث في عقله الباطن عن قدوة جديدة يتعلق بها غالباً ما تكون من الشخصيات العامة الرياضية أو الفنية, وفي مرحلة النضوجتكون الشخصية مهنية أو سياسية أو فكرية أو من حقل الأعمال. وفي حالات أخرى، يتمثل الإنسان شخصية روائية أوخيالية .وكل يبحث عن شخصيّة يستلهمها ويجعلها محورا لحياته يستمدّ منها الإيمان والعزيمة .وكلّما كانت القدوة حائزة على مؤهلات أكبر، كانت قوّة الدفع نحو الإنجاز والنجاح أكبر.. في الزمن الرديء وأوقات الشدة ومرحلة التغيير تظهر الحاجة الماسّة إلى قدوة يستلهمها كل الشباب غابت أحيانا عن الوسط الإعلامي وتمّ تعتميها وجذب النظر عنها رغبة في غيابها متمثلة في شخص الرسول الكريم صلّى الله عليه وسلّم
غياب القدوة الحقيقية

من خصائص الشباب في هذه المرحلة ( القابلية للاستهواء ) فيتعلق الشباب بالنماذج ويعجب بها , ويستثمر الأعداء هذه الخصلة فيبرزون أمام الشباب العديد من النماذج التي تستهويهم وتأسرهم (( وهذا الاستعداد الشديد للاستهواء في تلك المرحلة من العمر لم يخلقه الله عبثاً , ولم يخلقه ليكون مشكلة للإنسان ولا ليكون في ذاته مصدرخطر عليه , ولكنه - ككل ماأودع في الفطرة من الطاقات والاستعدادات - يؤدي مهمته في البناء السليم للنفس حين حين يوجه التوجيه الصالح . لذا فإن العناية بإبراز هذه النماذج أمام الشباب يخدم جانباً فطرياً مهماً لديهم , ويحميهم في الوقت نفسه ويوفر لهم البديل دون أبطال الرياضة والفن وغيرهم ..ومن ضمن الحلول العملية لعلاج أزمة غياب القدوات:-
*ـ استشعار المربي لعظم أمانة التربية وأن النشء ذمة في رقبته . *ـ إشاعة التناصح بين الصغير والكبير والمعلم والطالب وتقبل النقد من الصغير إلى الكبير .*ـ لايوضع أي مدرس حلقة الإ بمعرفة حسه التربوي ومقدار صلاحه .
*ـ إثارة الموضوع في كل مكان ومع كل فرد وفي كل مؤسسة خيرية وفي المواقع والمنتديات .
*ـ ربط الطلاب بالقدوات الحقيقين وطرح سيرة الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم وسير الصحابة الكرام والعلماء الأفذاذ والسلف الصالح .
*ـ إقامة ورش العمل بين المدرسين والطلاب* واقتراح وسائل عملية لزرع القدوة الصالحة وتعليم الطلاب مبادئ وأسس اختيار القدوة *وأنه لايستلزم بأن يكون الأب أو المعلم قدوة صالحة حتى لايتعذر الطالب بفعل أبيه أو أستاذه .
*ـ إشاعة الورع بين الجميع ومحاولة تطبيق ذلك من المعلمين أولا .
*ـ وضع اسبوع بالحلقة بعنوان قدوتك من؟؟
*وينوع في أساليب الطرح والعرض ...
