| Dear candidates: • Here we go again.. New hiring opportunities in a multinational company as technical support call center agent qualifications with the below requirements.
ADSL Technical Support (CS-Tech) Solve all customers’ inquiries regarding ADSL Service, provide an end-to-end ownership to all inquiries till closure, post resolution call to ensure customer satisfaction and close case Provide customer with appropriate options/right suggestions.
Requirements: • Very Good in English Language • Graduate with a bachelor degree
•Age: maximum 27 years .
•Technical and troubleshooting background in networking
Preferred CCNA or MCSE Holder and troubleshooting
•MALES ONLY Package:
• Medical & social insurance
• Job location will be in “el Mohandseen”
• Working hours: 8 hours
•Five days work two days off
