Job Summary: This key role will see you leading the needs analysis and design of business process, documentation, training & coaching, delivery, assessment, reinforcement, and culture/change enhancement.
Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
– Understand the different areas and functions of all the operations of the company. – Conduct Needs Analysis/Assessments in partnership with business units and managers to identify performance solutions in order to achieve desired business results, and define the required training for each department. – Develop/design effective training modules to address organizational requirements (with a focus on quality/simplicity/productivity). – Train and develop subject matter experts (SME) to prepare them to train others. – Deliver training to new hires, existing staff, and temporary staff through classroom, one-on-one, self-study, or e-Learning sessions. – Evaluate training results against original expectations, and design future plans to better meet performance needs. – Monitor the usage and effectiveness of business processes and procedures and recommend/implement modifications, as appropriate. – Play an active role in various enterprise meetings and projects, to maintain awareness of current and future environment, and influence business process development efforts as appropriate. – Work closely with programmers to ensure the development of tools and references to facilitate effective performance solutions. – Manage the training documentation process, ensuring all training records are maintained.
Requirements:
– Knowledge of ISO 9000 family and commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within manufacturing and trading world. Manufacturing and project management experience a plus. – High level of creativity and knowledge of adult learning principles, best practices and technologies to recommend/implement best practice approaches to needs analysis, training, documentation, design, delivery, and assessment. – At least 1 year’s training experience, having strong exposure in designing learning content for varying modes of delivery. – Ability to utilize technology and computer systems for managing the training process (visual, video & interactive training design). – Proven analytic, problem solving and research skills – Excellent English presentation, written and verbal communication skills. Chinese language proficiency a plus. – Ability to present material in an enthusiastic manner, keeping the audiences’ attention. – Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite. – Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment. – Being adaptable to change and responding to the changing business environment.
