Major Purpose of the Role:-
Assist senior accountant Corporate/treasury with all accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities:-
•Verify
supplier invoices with all supporting documents, (PO, Price and payment
term) and file it along with the payment voucher prepared by accountant

•Check expense claims by verifying supporting adherence to the company policy.
•Check daily cash register with expenses paid by the cashier
•Assist
team in printing check payments, Fax payment instructions to the bank
and maintain log of all fax confirmations received from the banks.
•Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and circulate it to the branch accountants for rectification of entries
•Assist accountant in all other accounting functions related to corporate accounts and treasury
