Description of the job



For our Composites ‘department in Nantes, we are looking for a Composites Procedures and Methods Engineer.

You will define and support the strategy, processes, methods,
deployment, training and the assistance to external and internal
operators in the domain of industrialisation and series production.

You will act as a support to resolving complex issues, project management to improve process costs and to reduce non-quality.

You will carry out qualification/improvement tests on composites’ applications.

You will define the tests’ plans, preparation for the activity,
follow-up of performance, project management, reports and the reporting.

You will take part in the transnational harmonisation of processes
between the various sites, ensure the application of best practices with
our suppliers, improve recurring costs and share the main causes of
concessions or scrapping trans-nationally in order to reduce them.


Required skills

• You hold a 5 years’ degree in Materials Engineering and Composites;
  
• You have some initial experience in the industrial sector with composites’ processes;
  
• Experience in design or stress would be a plus;
  
• You have an advanced level of English and French.
