Description  Design, develop and test the function or system for the
new product.  Oversee design of new and redesigned components, to
improve quality, function, performance and reliability while maintaining
cost, manufacturability.  Review and certify lab test results. 
Assist in the development and approval of test and quality plans for
designed components and assemblies. Analyze and approve test results to
ensure they meet the requirements of the manufacturing processes and
assembly.  Prepare and maintain project schedules. Prepare and present
project reviews as required  Plan Lab equipments according to planning
department requirements.  Review and certify lab test results.
Qualifications
 B.Sc. In mechanical Power Engineering.  2- 6 years Min experience.
(HVAC)  Lab management software capabilities is a plus

Experience 3 - 5 Years.
