Remote Sensing OR Photometry Specialist
- Responsibilities:
- Collecting, understanding and organizing information both from suppliers and customers.
- Organizing and filing information.
- Preparing offers to customers.
- Monitor demand on customers side
- Maintain existing customer’s database and insure customer satisfaction.
- Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers.
- Responsible for representing the product to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc.
- Managing and interpreting customer requirements
- Negotiating tender and contract terms.
- Analyzing costs and sales.
- Preparing reports for head office.
- Meeting regular sales targets.
- Recording and maintaining client contact data.
- Coordinating sales projects.
- Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
- Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs.
- Liaise with principal suppliers in response to customers’ demands.
- Handle all customer queries and respond with appropriate actions expeditiously to secure sales and improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Fluent English language skill is a must.
- Fluent computer skill is a must.
- Project management skill.
Personal Skills:
- Precise, meticulous, organized personality.
- Sense of responsibility and follow-up.
- Self-educating capacity through reading, research and internet browsing.
- Technical sense.
- Interpersonal skills, ability to operate in teams.
