Semi-Trailer Big Box (www.stsbbx.com) a successful, growing Equipment Rental and Sales Company (Chassis-Dry Vans-Flats-Reefers-Containers) is looking for Operations Managers to become part of our Branch office in Atlanta, (Lawrenceville) Georgia. These individuals will be responsible for the day to day management of the following departments: Equipment Sales, Equipment Rental, Maintenance (shop/facilities/mechanics) Trucking (Drivers-Local P&D of empty trailers and containers).

Qualified candidates will be comfortable working in a fast paced small business environment, will be a strong leader, great team builder, and have great communication, and motivation skills. You will be challenged to grow revenues, yourself, manage and build staff, minimize cost and maximize profitability. Candidates with backgrounds in Operations and experience in managing Fleet, Drivers, Mechanics, Logistics, Rentals or Equipment Sales are preferred and will be favored.
