One of well reputed Oil & Gas companies in KSA is in Urgent need for:
HSE Manager
Job Description:
1- HSE System setup & overall planning
- Organizing meetings.
- HSE Planning and preparation of required documents ( HSE plan, Emergency response plan, Environmental Mgt, Incident/Accident Reporting and Investigations, etc..)
- Permit to Work
- Develop HSE Training Program
- HSE Facilities (ex, Clinic)
- Traffic Control
2- Establishes polices and procedures designed to promote workers health and safety
3- Responsible in investigating/ determine the root cause of incident and implement corrective actions to prevent its recurrence
4- Evaluates site processes and equipment and develop HSE strategy to control hazards in order to keep workers safe
5- Complies, analyzes and publishes reports to identify injury trend and implement programs to improve accident statists
6- HSE organization Setup ( HSE manpower planning and recruitment)
7- Coordination with client and subcontractor Mgts
8- Safety budget planning to equipment and materials
9- Emergency response Control
10- Directly report to construction Mgr. and company head office
11- Mange and implement HSE goals, objectives and plans
12- Administrate internal and external coordination with client and top management relative to project safety requirements and procedures
13- Maintain and update relevant safety records/ documents
Qualifications Required
1- Minimum 2 years experience as HSE Manager in an EPC company (with man power of 1,500 workers)
2- Minimum 3 years experience as Safety Supervisor
3- Minimum 3 years experience as Safety Officer
4- Minimum 15 years experience with oil and gas petrochemical Projects
5- Bachelor degree holder or College graduate
