Responsibilities: Provide Training
for Radio on configuration changes on
BSC/RNC databases;
Assessment of local work force
Provide training plan based on the assessment; Provide BSC/RNC Database
parameters(most used) training;
Prepare the scripts for 2G/3G BTS
capacity upgrades and implement them with local colleagues;
Prepare the
scripts for 2G/3G new BTS’s as per the Network BTS roll out
plan and
