Job Description
We looking for an Contract Manager, with experience in Power Plants.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the full life cycle of project subcontracts.
- Support the process of negotiating the subcontract, administering the contract, managing claims and supervising the compliance with contractual obligations of the subcontractors, ensuring the formalization and documentation of incidences associated with each subcontract.
- Manage and follow up of claims and analyze the needs of customers.
- Responsible to close/settle the subcontracts.
- Provide, analyze and manage documents, preparation of reports.
- Coordination of work teams.
- Information on the situation, compiling and filing contractual and economic information.
- Execution of Action Plan.
- Provide support for the Project Director in the administration of the main contract.
Position Requirements
Skills / Industry Qualifications Required: - Higher education in Electrical Engineering or similar.
- Minimum 5 years experience performing similar tasks.
- Knowledge of Contracts and Claims. Identification methodology and risks management.
- Basic legal, financial and tax knowledge.
- Preferable hebrew candidates.
- Hebrew and english: must be fluently (written and spoken). Valuable knowledge of Spanish.
Required Language Skills:

Hebrew - Very good
English - Very good
Spanish - A little

Education Level Required: Masters
Experience Required to qualify for consideration: 5 to 6 Years
