They have branch offices in many countries. Our respected client is seeking a sales professional to fill the position of Sales Manager as they continue to expand internationally. The winning candidate will have more than 5 years’ sales and management experience in the agrochemical industry, with at least 3 years’ management experience. The winning candidate must be willing to be based overseas. Key responsibilities will include:
- Collect statistics and analyze market information of
agrochemicals, provide decision support for products’ selection, positioning and planning, brand building, etc.
- Market research and developing of company’s own products
- Develop direct sale and distribution channels for agrochemicals, such as herbicides
- Develop customer-made business of agrochemicals
- According to company development strategies and business objectives, draw up developing strategies and periodic aims
- Build right sales and marketing team, matching the needs of developing objectives
- Plan and set up operation model of logistics, supply chain, draw up relevant workflow
- Complete tasks assigned by Headquarters
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (min.) majoring in chemistry, agriculture or related
- More than 5 years’ sales and management experience in agrochemical industry, with at least 3 years’ management experience
- Familiar with agrochemical products, distribution channel, for example, especially herbicides
- Familiar with business management of trade company, and the work flow of relevant departments
- Knowledge of agrochemical technical, formulation, and pesticide registration will be a plus
- Sharp market insight, strong ability in market plan and
executive capability, excellent leadership and coordination capacity, strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Honesty, professional dedication, work ethic, team-work spirit, perseverance
- Willing to relocate overseas
