Description: Team Leader/ Resident Engineer

Urgently required for ongoing project in Kazakhstan. Russian Speaking (Any level)

The
ToR ask for 15 years overall experience and at least 7 years design and
supervision experience in a senior management position, but also
profound knowledge of FIDIC, and construction supervision of asphalt
concrete and cement concrete pavements.

Please note my client requires a Russian Speaking candidate or someone with basic knowledge. Project end date: May 2013
