Business Development Manager2014 – Detergent Company Qatar2014
Exp : 10 Years plus with Detergent Company
Nationality : Any Nationals
Age : Below 40 years.
Location : Qatar
Prior experience in Gulf Region is a must.

Responsibility :
1. Participate with Business Head in response to the development needs of the market and recommend sound strategies and plans to meet those needs.
2. Ability to work on Business strategies through allocation of resources and leadership of employees.
3. Direct the development and implementation of strategic development activation. Drafting necessary strategies, goal, objectives and plans. Communication of plans to key stakeholders.
4. Establish and implement a system to monitor organizational performance against goals and objectives. Ability to read and understand the financial goals of the business.
5. Monitor the adequacy of Sales and Marketing activities in coordination with Business Head and Sales Staff to assure achievement and maintenance of a required standard of Business performance.
6. Develop market information and awareness progress (monitor market condition, product development, customer needs, and competition activities) in order to support the company’s marketing and R&D activities.
7. Conduct effective & regular meetings to review performance & provide feedback
8. Make regular visits and analyse competitive information and prepare reports . Excellent package including attractive TAX FREE salary and all other benefits..
