Role:
• Technical lead role for design and management ofClient. client technologies globally.
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field Or equivalent work experience.
• Certifications: current MCSE or equivalent
• 7-10 years of related work experience
Skills and Competencies:
• 7-10 years of enterprise-level desktop engineering experience
• In-depth knowledge of broad range of current hardware and software products.
• Advanced troubleshooting /problem solving skills.
• Enterprise level expertise with Windows 7, Office 2010, SCCM, Scripting, Symantec EndPoint Protection, Active Directory (GPOs and ADM templates)
• Experience with remote desktop management
• A solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, cabling and other network fundamentals
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attentive to detail
• Excellent customer service skills
• Energetic, highly motivated and capable of working independently and as part of a diverse teams.
