Job Description: Mercantile Systems, Inc. has exciting independent contractor opportunities available for Customer Service Evaluators. If you have an eye for detail and can write great narratives, we would love to have you join our team of independent contractors and get paid for evaluating businesses in your area. As a member of the team, you will ensure that our client's standards for cleanliness and customer service are up to par and help maximize their opportunities through great customer service. Duties & Responsibilities: • Customer Service Evaluators use our online portal to provide quality and timely reports relating to their assigned evaluations. • The successful Customer Service Evaluator will also strive to retain anonymity and blend in as a typical customer/patron/client of their assigned location or establishment. Position Requirements: • Access to a reliable internet connection and transportation • Strong oral & written communication skills including reading & following written instructions • Use of technology appropriate for position (i.e. PDA, phone, PC) • High school diploma or equivalent preferred Environmental Requirements: • It is preferable (but not required) to maintain a quick work pace with optimum time management to maximize productivity • Must be 18 or older due to independent contractor regulations. Compensation: • Compensation varies per assignment and is dependent on the level of detail and difficulty of each assignment.
