We have an Urgent openings for the position of 2 Anaesthetic Doctor with one of our Overseas Client in Israel.
It will be a direct Contract between doctors and the Client.
Desired Experience :
- M.D Degree in anaesthesia and/or D.N.B Degree in anaesthesia (degree of three years after MBBS)
- Minimum 3 years of hands on working experience in anaesthesiology in a major hospital setting as a senior resident, intensivist or senior consultant.
-Candidate must have wide experience in anaesthesia of adults in a broad range of operations such as general surgery, urology, ear nose throat , cardiac operations and neurosurgery.
-Candidate must be proficient and experienced in all types of anaesthesiology , general anaethesiology , local anaesthesiology , spinal anaesthesiology and epidural anaesthesiology .
-Candidate must be experienced in intensive care.
The doctors recruited will enter into a contract directly with the hospital and will be employed in a full employee-employer agreement entitling them to all benefits accorded to all employees in Israel under Israeli law.
The doctor will also contract with us regarding all the logistical and service elements we provide which are involved in our commitments to the hospital.
Salary: the doctor will be paid a basic gross salary equivalent to twice the average Israel monthly salary which stands today at NIS 17,766 which is equivalent to $4,737 US dollars for a full time position of 186 monthly hours which currently translates into an hourly rate of 95.52 NIS. The equivalent basic salary will be determined based on the month the agreement is signed.
The normal daily working hours are for 9 daily hours which include half an hour interval for a meal. The doctors will be subject to working based on the department of anesthesiology schedule which includes working in different shifts and are expected to work, beyond 186 hours, an estimated 30 to 50 additional hours each month for which they will be remunerated overtime pay. Overtime payment is paid only for time worked over 9 hours/day and is 125% of the hourly rate for the first two overtime hours and 150% of the hourly rate for each additional hour beyond that. Based on the actual overtime hours worked, this may add an additional NIS 5,000 to the doctors monthly salary. Total gross salary may therefore reach NIS 23,000 or $6,100 and above, depending on the number of hours worked.
The above salary figure is a gross estimate. Foreign specialists working in Israel are entitled to low income tax approximately between 10-15% (comparatively, Israeli workers with such a salary are subject to income tax of 35-45%).
The doctor is entitled, beyond his salary, to all benefits awarded Israeli employees such as 12 days a year paid vacation, 9 paid holidays/year, convalescent pay of 5 days after the first year of NIS 353 per day (NIS1765). These are equivalent to an additional $450 per month. The doctor is also entitled to 12 hours accumulated sick hours per month, daily travel expenses, severance pay (after a full year of employment) equivalent to the basic monthly salary (NIS 17,766) for each year of employment.
Professional liability insurance will be provided by the hospital.
Health insurance will be provide by our company.
We will assist the doctor in finding accommodation near the hospital. Rent and utilities (electricity, gas, water and municipal tax) will be paid by the doctor and averages, depending on apartment and location an average cost of $1,000/month. We strongly recommend that two doctors share an apartment.
The doctor will arrange for his own travel expense to Israel and back with a one year open ticket. If the doctor works over one year, we will reimburse the cost of the airline ticket.
