The Role A highly successful and continuously growing multinational FMCG business is currently looking to hire a Head of Supply Chain to join their team in Morocco. As the Head of Supply Chain, you will take over the following responsibilities: * Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to drive business growth * Take part in the regular forecasting meeting to develop the supply chain plan * Monitor, review and adjust supply chain plans as needed * Ensure the implementation of all health and safety operating procedures within the logistics and warehousing areas at all times CV * Lead and motivate the supply chain team

Requirements The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:* University degree in Business Administration or Engineering* At least 7+ years experience in a supply chain role within a similar FMCG or retail business* Solid background and knowledge of the ERP systems (e.g. SAP)* Expertise of the planning and logistics field* Must be fluent in English, Arabic and French* Excellent leadership and team management abilities* Willing and able to do international travelling You will not only be rewarded with a competitive earning potential but also with excellent career opportunities.
