Program of the Canadian government for immigration businessmen and investors to Canada
The program aims to Canadian immigration businessmen to promote economic development and employment by attracting investors, businessmen and individuals from the self-employed from outside Canada who own capital and business intelligence and business skills .
It also works migration program businessmen and investors to Canada on the development of new business opportunities and improve access to foreign markets growing by welcoming people familiar with the market and know how to deal with them and with the requirements and its own traditions .
Individuals who have experience in business or management and they have a relatively high net assets , applying for a Canadian immigration visa ( permanent residence ) according to the business migration program to Canada within one of the following subcategories :
Immigrant Investor Program :
To qualify as an investor , an individual must have an estimated net assets of at least C $ 1600000 and administrative experience and planned to invest the amount of negative content of 800,000 Canadian dollars.
Program businessman ( entrepreneurs and contractors ) :
In order to become eligible as a businessman ( owner of the project and contractor ) , must have an individual net assets estimated at least 300,000 Canadian dollars and be determined and able to establish a business in Canada or owning or investing in it and that would be the creation of jobs in Canada or preserved.
Program of self-employed ( who are self-employed ) :
To qualify as an liberal profession , the individual must be determined and able to support himself / herself and any person under his / her income through a liberal profession such as farms or sports or literal .

يهدف البرنامج الكندي لهجرة رجال الأعمال إلى تعزيز التنمية الاقتصادية والتوظيف من خلال جذب المستثمرين ورجال الأعمال والأفراد من أصحاب المهن الحرة من خارج كندا الذين يمتلكون رأس مال والذكاء التجاري ومهارات رجال الأعمال.
كما يعمل برنامج هجرة رجال الأعمال و المستثمرين إلى كندا على تطوير وتنمية فرص تجارية جديدة وتحسين الوصول إلى الأسواق الأجنبية المتنامية من خلال الترحيب بأشخاص على إطلاع بهذه الأسواق ويجيدون التعامل معها ومع متطلباتها وتقاليدها الخاصة.
يحق للأفراد الذين يمتلكون الخبرة في مجال الأعمال التجارية أو الإدارة ولديهم أصول صافية عالية نسبيًا، التقدم بطلب الحصول على تأشيرة الهجرة الكندية (الإقامة الدائمة) وفقًا لبرنامج هجرة رجال الأعمال إلى كندا ضمن أحد الفئات الفرعية التالية:
برنامج المهاجر المستثمر:
لكي تصبح مؤهلاً كمستثمر، يجب أن يمتلك الفرد أصول صافية تقدر بما لا يقل عن 1600000 دولار كندي وخبرة إدارية وأن يعتزم القيام باستثمار سلبي مضمون بمبلغ 800000 دولار كندي.
برنامج رجل الأعمال ( أصحاب المشاريع و المقاولون):
لكي يصبح مؤهلاً كرجل أعمال ( صاحب مشروع و مقاول ) ، يجب أن يمتلك الفرد أصول صافية تقدر بما لا يقل عن 300000 دولار كندي وأن يكون عازماً وقادراً على إقامة عمل تجاري في كندا أو امتلاكه أو الاستثمار فيه والذي من شأنه أن يقوم بخلق فرص عمل في كندا أو الحفاظ عليها.
برنامج أصحاب المهن الحرة(الذين يعملون لحسابهم الخاص) :
لكي تصبح مؤهلاً كصاحب مهنة حرة، يجب أن يكون الفرد عازماً وقادراً على إعالة نفسه/نفسها وأي شخص تابع له/لها من خلال دخل مهنة حرة مثل المزارع أو الرياضي أو الحرفي.
