POSITION SUMMARY:
Work closely with Director of Color to develop Global Marketing strategies for all segments of Bobbi Brown color categories. Assist in managing all aspects of program development from concept to final program delivery. Consistently monitor the performance of new launches and existing business and help shape actionable recommendations to grow and improve the Eye, Lip, Cheek, Nail and Brush categories. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal cross-functional teams and support groups as a flexible team player.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Product Launch Planning
*
Provide input to the Director on the development of global/regional marketing product and support calendars, including an 18 month detailed plan and 3 year overvie
* Support strategic vision of the business by gathering data, analyzing for patterns and trends, and making recommendations.
* Screen ideas, prepare and present documents related to the launch planning process, including concept and program briefs, cost objectives, and side-by-side calendars developed in conjunction with Forecasting, to gain final brand management approval on new product and project performance.
* Initiate program development by issuing all necessary paperwork and clearly communicating project details and objectives to all support groups.

Serve as a liaison between Packaging, Product Development and Creative to ensure the timely delivery of product and supporting materials for seasonal photo shoots. Maintain Color product closet and program materials including presentation trays.
Business Management
*
Act as a key point person for Bobbi Brown category performance (shipments, sell-thru, cost of goods, SKU count, pricing and new product forecasts) as well as competitively with regard to products, marketing focus and relevance to the Bobbi Brown business.
*
Provide analytical support to Marketing and Finance teams to ensure all programs are supported in a fiscally responsible manner.
*
Help manage SKU consolidation for assigned color segments: analyze global product performance and provide recommendations for SKU discontinuations.
*
Provide support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual global category analyses
Leadership and Teamwork
*
Provide guidance to support groups (Product Development, Packaging, Design, Creative, Global Communications, Education/Artistry/Special Events, GBSC, and Online) to ensure programs meet objectives, are on time, and that cost and budget guidelines are met.
*
Provide support for bi-weekly meetings with Marketing, Product Development, Package Development, Package Design, and GBSC to track status of all open programs.
*
Act as daily contact for cross-functional teams to anticipate, identify, and seek resolution of developmental and operational issues.
*
Lead by example to create an environment that is encouraging, respectful, and builds team cooperation.
Execution
*
Prepare and manage all necessary paperwork: CPMS, Marketing Work Requests, Program Briefs, and copy requests.
*
Prepare materials for presentation of marketing plans to affiliates and retailers (e.g. Global and Regional Roundtables).
Qualifications:
Qualifications
*
2 years of related Marketing experience. Full-time or internship experience within the beauty, CPG or retail industries strongly preferred; a demonstrable interest in the beauty industry is a must.

Undergraduate degree
*
A working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
*
Strong project management skills and follow-through on small details
*
Ability and maturity to manage a multitude of projects in a fast-paced environment
