Work as a part of a team to provide outstanding technical support to
enterprise customers with Dell Storage solutions. EMC/Compellent/Equal
LogicPRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Identifying and resolving
technical issues (level 1-2) with virtualised SAN solutions.Providing
technical assistance to enterprise customers via phone, email, or remote
access.Maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction.Assist
co-workers whenever necessary to promote a team environmentWork with
management to help identify and successfully implement areas for
business improvementStay up to date with relevant industry
certifications (VMware, Cisco, Microsoft, etc) Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Working knowledge of at least 3 of
the following: VMware, Hyper-V, XenServer, Windows Server, Linux
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Strong understanding
and proven work experience with Cisco or Brocade based SAN
infrastructures Strong understanding and proven work experience with
server and storage hardwareStrong problem solving and analytical
skillsSelf motivated and results drivenStrong customer handling skills
Excellent planning, priority and time management skills Strong
interpersonal skills, ability and approachability At least 3 years ex
