• Would be working with Audit, Tax and Corporate Finance to provide innovative and integrated solutions to clients from a diverse range of industries. • Working with visionary and challenging CFOs and COO's to define and optimize the strategy, target operating models, commercial and transactional elements for the Finance function. • Defining the vision and strategy for the client's Finance organization and identifying the goals, objectives, and critical success factors which are necessary to achieve this • Defining the target operating model for finance (i.e. identifying the role of Finance and understanding how it will deliver these services to the business in terms of process, technology, people and organization) • Defining the role of the client's commercial finance organization and identifying how to optimize this from a quality and cost perspective • Undertaking Finance diagnostic exercises to understand the 'health' of the Finance function and identifying what is required to solve the challenges faces • Support the delivery of projects and program. Gain exposure to a wide range of projects, clients and industries, • Contribute to development of work plans and be an integral team member for specific components of engagements, • Demonstrate personal insight when solving business issues, • Carry out research, data collection and conduct analysis. Assist with analysis to determine client needs and prepare client recommendations utilizing a combination of industry knowledge, tools, and technology, • Apply rigorous logic and data analysis to ensure all outputs are of a high quality, • Prepare business proposals/presentations and demonstrate strong writing skills, • Interview client's employees, management team and other stakeholders. Run focus groups and facilitate workshops, • Demonstrate awareness and understanding of Financial knowledge acquired through study & research, business case development, participation in industry events, and hands-on engagement experience with others, • Contribute to the growth of the practice, by networking internally, and supporting new business proposals and presentations • Help identify follow on sales opportunities at existing clients • Support business development activities including writing sections of proposals and working closely with our industry and client account teams
