KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Clearly present findings, recommendations and concepts to the
clients’ various managerial levels while demonstrating excellent verbal
& written communication skills

2. Fully understand the Client’s and manager’s requirements to
develop designs in consultation with the client/ manager senior interior
designer

3. Create various combinations of colors, textures, furniture,
lighting and space while demonstrating an extensive knowledge of fabric,
furniture and material selection

4. Supervise work at the design stage and on-site to ensure
deliverables are implemented according to pre-set schedules, plans and
budget

5. Provide periodic written progress reports covering the work status performed whenever requested.

6. Creatively resolve issues as they arise and demonstrate the ability to be a self-starter

7. Prepare detailed drawings, designs and plans while using AutoCAD and 3D Max



Skills


TECHNICAL AND BEHAVIORAL SKILLS:

1. Minimum 3-6 years of experience in the related field.

2. Project research, concept development, and space planning

3. Ability to develop & prepare execution drawings and technical presentations

4. Demonstrated creativity and imagination

5. Ability to work with subcontractors and design implementations on site

6. Ability to prepare proposals and specifications for the interior design projects

7. Extensive knowledge of interior design materials

8. Demonstrated Expertise in AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3Dmax and v- ray is a must

9. SketchUP is a plus

10. Proficiency in the English Language Skills (verbal and written)
