The person in this position is primarily responsible for helping the Finance Manger to performing the daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly general accounting functions for Bally Technologies. This includes but is not limited to preparing, maintaining and reconciling assigned accounts in compliance with governmental and census reporting while being in accordance with the framework and guidance of the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

The position starts as casual for 2 days per week and will have the potential becoming permanent from Q1 FY13.

Duties
• Full function of Accounts Payable including get the approval of the invoice, coding the invoice in the Navision system, booking the EFT in the online banking system, clearing the payment in the Navision and maintain the AP invoice register.
• Full function of Accounts Receivable including review the sales order and contract, posting the invoice, running the aging report on weekly base and liaise with the sales representative to collect the outstanding.
• Inter-company charges booking and reconciliation.
• Bank accounts maintenance and reconciliation including daily banking deposit, EFT receipt clearing in Navision, weekly bank reconciliation.
• Softcopy and hardcopy filing.
• Backup and support the sales team and the admin staff when they are short of resource.

Education: • Bachelor's/Master’s degree in accounting or business
