our future success:Assist with monthly Capital Assets close

Assist Tax Department by providing invoice support for State Tax Audits

Provide customer support to units regarding capital asset invoices

Work with vendors to resolve questions regarding invoice/payment status

Filing/Scanning of daily/weekly files

Qualifications:

2 year Degree in Accounting preferred

1 year Accounts Payable experience preferred

JD Edwards experience a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
